The process of renovating your bathroom begins with a FREE onsite bathroom renovation consultation.  We would assist you to analyze your existing facility and discuss with you your ideas and options about all the features you want to include in your new bathroom or addition.  Importantly, because we have over 27 years experience in layout, design and construction we have a vast knowledge on what you can and can’t do, especially when it comes to plumbing and electrical – critical factors when building a new bathroom or considering changes to an existing one.

We give you practical advice on the types of shower fixtures and fittings that will work well in your bathroom, including bathroom furniture such as vanities, mirrors and so forth.  Every aspect of your bathroom is discussed with you from start to finish.

The style of your bathroom is very important and is affected greatly by the fittings and tiles you choose.  We can provide you with a selection of tiles to choose from or you may want to purchase a specific tile you saw at a local tile store.  Either way, we will assist you to create a stunning bathroom that will adds tens of thousands of dollars in value to your home.

What is your Budget?  Bathrooms can vary greatly in price, depending on the size of the room, amount of tiling involved, how much plumbing is required and of course what type of fittings you choose.  
We understand that everyone’s budget is different.  We will discuss this aspect of the project with you to determine what can be done with different budget options.

QUOTATION

Often, we are able to measure and quote your bathroom on site.  However, at times it is necessary to return to the office for further design work or cost checks, in this case we will either deliver or email the quotation to you within 48 hours.

We will quote you the total renovation cost including materials and labour or if you prefer our quotation can be based on labour component only.   In the lather case, we would provide you with a shopping list for all materials the sub contractors would need to complete your bathroom renovation.

ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTATION

On acceptance of our quotation we will meet with you again, there will be an agreement to sign and a deposit to pay.  You will be introduced to our sub contractors, plumber and electrician if needed.  In consultation with you, a start date will be allocated and we will provide you with a complete schedule of works.

Our Contractor will make regular contact with you during the renovation process to ensure you are informed and satisfied with the works and job progress.  All work completed would be subjected to a final inspection and  approval at the end of the renovation.
